Wi-fi and networking
If you experience slow Wi-Fi or internet speeds, but you are supposed to have a faster service, we can help! We can’t magically speed up your internet plan, but we can insure your home network is optimized and all of your devices are connected.
Hardware support
If you need help installing anything from a printer to a camera system, we can take those headaches out of your hair and complete them for you. We are also equipped to diagnose and repair various tech hardware, and can satisfy nearly any home need.
Customer service
While working on your needs, if you end up using a new device or program, we can help you get familiarized with it and leave notes to ensure you are equipped to use your tools. We are a local company based in Franklin, and simply want to provide affordable quality service to our community.

Site Visit
$30 Local Visit Fee + Hourly
- We will visit your location and charge a fee to show up, plus an hourly rate.
- Our hourly rate for the majority of residential service is $25.
- Complex labor such as home automation or camera system installation may cost up to $50/hour.
- Visitation fee may increase if drive time exceeds 20 minutes from our town office
